Guidelines for entering Sagittarius Salon and Spa

Scheduling will be on a first come first serve basis via phone. Please be aware that we are working on a minimized schedule and appointments may be more difficult than usual to schedule.We appreciate your understanding and patience with this.

When you arrive, please stay in your car and call us at 301-797-8008 to check in for your appointment. Once your stylist is ready for your appointment, our staff will contact you to enter the building. Our waiting area is not open at this time.

Please leave all belongings in your vehicle other then what you need. The coat closet and robe room are temporarily unavailable.

If you have a facial or massage appointment, you will be asked to change in the service providers room as the meditation area and locker room are temporarily closed.

No children or friends of guests allowed inside the salon unless they have an appointment.

We will be implementing temperature checks with a touch less infrared thermometer.The temperature of all of all guests and employees will be checked upon entering the salon. Any employee or guest who has a temperature above 99°F will be sent home immediately and not allowed to return to the salon until they have no fever and no evidence of COVID-19 symptoms.

All guests and employees must be wearing a mask that loops behind the ears to enter. All guests/employees must wear this mask during the entire appointment at the salon. If you do not have a mask at your appointment we will provide you one for $3

You will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival.

Maintain social distancing at all times. Markers are visible on the floor showing you a safe 6 feet spacing between persons in the salon, except when staff is servicing guests.

If you are sick or have been around anyone who has been ill, you must reschedule your appointment.

We will be temporarily suspending hand treatments and shoulder massages, as well as our beverages and magazines. Please bring your own to your appointment.

We require a credit card on file to schedule an appointment. This method will encourage less contact with the front desk staff. When able we would like to charge for the service at the time of schedule.

We require at least 24-hours notice to cancel all salon and spa appointments and packages. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or “no-show” your appointment, you will be subject to a 50% service charge and a deduction of points. 

Please rest assured that we have provided extra sanitation measures, including Barbicide certificates, cleaning after every client, and observing state guidelines by disinfecting all surfaces and implements, laundering all capes, towels, and linens in between each client. Any non essential items throughout our business have been removed.
