Professional Products
Sagittarius Salon and Spa recommends and use only the finest hair care and skincare products. Our hair care products are Aveda and Bumble and bumble. Our Spa and skincare products include Sothys, Intaglio and Aveda.

Children
We cater to our 12 and under children clients Sunday thru Wednesday ONLY with our exclusive children’s design team. We offer children’s gifts and juice on these days to make their visit more enjoyable. Spa Kids packages are once again only Sunday thru Wednesday and need to be accompanied by an adult. We do have exceptions for special occasions, recitals, and weddings.
Please leave your children at home unless they have an appointment or can sit in our waiting area alone as an adult, for their safety and your relaxation.

Cell Phones
No cell phones are to be used or on in the salon and spa, for the respect of others receiving relaxing services. We have a mezzanine upstairs for your convenience.

Reservation
We recommend you book your next appointment before leaving the spa or salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your wishes.

Cancellation
In consideration of our guests and technicians, we appreciate a 24-hour notice for all cancellations.

Package Cancellation
A credit card or gift certificate number is required to secure all salon & spa package appointments. No shows will be charged the amount of the package. A 24 hour cancellation is required.

Gratuity
Some of our packages do include the tip, the Front Desk team will inform you which packages include tip. No other services in the salon or spa have gratuity included. The customary gratuity for a salon or spa service is 15%-20% at your discretions. Tips for the technician in check or cash only.

Spa
For your comfort, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to insure you receive your full services and amenities. Please turn off all cell phones in the spa and salon area. No children are permitted in the spa unless they are having a spa service.

Upon checking in for your spa experience, you will receive a key to a locker, with robe, slippers, and towels. Showers are recommended for your enjoyment, but not required. A quiet area is available for you to use prior to your treatment with soothing tea, elixirs, and a relaxing footbath. For your comfort many treatments require the removal of jewelry. It is our suggestion that you leave your valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Packages
All multi service packages must be used at the same time and are not transferable. A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking a spa package.

Return Policy

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the item Sagittarius Salon & Spa will pay for the return shipping costs. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how Sagittarius Salon collects, secures and uses information that is gathered via its Web site at SagittariusSalon.com (the “Site”). The site automatically collects and/or tracks (1) the IP addresses of your home server domains and the type of Web browser you use to access the Site, (2) your e-mail address if you communicate with Sagittarius Salon via e-mail or if you otherwise provide your e-mail address to Sagittarius Salon, (3) other information you knowingly provide by filling in online forms, registration forms, surveys, and contest entries, and (4) user-specific information on what pages visitors access. Sagittarius Salon collects information you voluntarily agree to provide us through the form provided on the Web site. Sagittarius Salon does not collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address, unless you voluntarily provide that information to Sagittarius Salon.

Sagittarius Salon may occasionally place Internet cookies on visitors' hard drives. Internet cookies save information such as the visitor's name, password, user-name, shopping cart, stock portfolio, screen preferences, the pages of the Web site viewed by the visitor, and the advertisements viewed or clicked by the visitor. Internet cookies are stored on the visitor's hard drive and are not stored, in any form, by Sagittarius Salon. Visitors may decline the Internet cookie by using the appropriate feature of their Web client software, if available.

Use of Personal Data Collected
Personal data collected by Sagittarius Salon will be used by Sagittarius Salon for information notification and feedback purposes, for general statistical analysis of use of the site, for service/product development, for content improvement, to inform advertisers as to how many visitors have seen or clicked on their advertisements, and to customize content and layout of Sagittarius Salon's site. Data on visitors' home servers is aggregated for internal review and then discarded. Names, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers collected may be added to Sagittarius Salon's databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events.

Sagittarius Salon will not rent or sell visitor information to any outside party, without your consent.
