Reservation
Please remember to book your next appointment before leaving the spa or salon to enable Front Desk staff to accommodate your wishes. For your convience online booking is also available.

Cancellation
Your appointment has been set aside just for you. That is why we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel Sagittarius Salon and Spa appointments and packages. There is a 100% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for no shows. If you have No-Showed your appointment more than three times you will be required to have a Credit card on file. This will be charged for any additional No-Shows. Prices are subject to change; please confirm prices when booking your appointment.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in any of the services or packages. The customary gratuity for a salon or spa service is 15-20 % at your discretion and may be left by means of credit card, check or cash.

Cell Phones
No cell phones are to be used or on in the salon and spa. Please respect others who are receiving relaxing services.

Return Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks and Cash.

Product Returns
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a staff error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. A product may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a retail credit. Final Sale on Promotional or Sale Items.

Children
We cater to children 12 and under Sunday thru Wednesday ONLY with an exclusive children's design team. Children receive gifts and juice to make their visit more enjoyable. There are exceptions for special occasions, recitals, weddings and spa experiences.
In order to maintain a relaxing environment we ask that you please leave your children at home unless they have an appointment. Neither our staff nor you can be responsible for your child while you receive services. Age appropriate children may sit by themselves in the lobby however any disturbance to our staff or other clients will be addressed.

Spa
For your comfort, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure you receive your full services and amenities. Please turn off all cell phones in the spa and salon area. No children are permitted in the spa unless they are having a spa service. Sagittarius reserves the right to shorten a service if guest(s) is arriving late and the full change of the service will occur. The Spa Ritual of a Foot Bath may be compromised if guest(s) arrive late.
Upon checking in for your spa experience, you will receive a key to a locker, with robe, slippers, and towels. Showers are recommended for your enjoyment, but not required. A quiet area is available for you to use prior to your treatment with soothing tea, elixirs, and a relaxing footbath. For your comfort many treatments require the removal of jewelry. It is our suggestion that you leave your valuables at home as the spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Age Requirement for the Spa
Guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

Wedding and Spa Party Packages
All multi- service packages must be used at the same time and are not transferable. A credit card is required when booking your packages. No gratuities are included the with the packages cost.

• The balance is due and payable at the time services are provided on the day received.
• A 100% charge will be applied for all services not cancelled 72 hours in advance.
• A Private Spa Party and wedding packages must fill out the appropriate booking form before your services are booked.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how Sagittarius Salon collects, secures and uses information that is gathered via its Web site at SagittariusSalon.com (the “Site”). The site automatically collects and/or tracks (1) the IP addresses of your home server domains and the type of Web browser you use to access the Site, (2) your e-mail address, if you communicate with Sagittarius Salon via e-mail, or if you otherwise provide your e-mail address to Sagittarius Salon, (3) other information you knowingly provide by filling in online forms, registration forms, surveys, and contest entries, and (4) user-specific information on what pages guests access. Sagittarius Salon & Spa collects information you voluntarily agree to provide through the form provided on the Web site. Sagittarius Salon & Spa does not collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address, unless you voluntarily provide that information to Sagittarius Salon & Spa.

Sagittarius Salon & Spa may occasionally place Internet cookies on guests' hard drives. Internet cookies save information such as the visitor's name, password, user-name, shopping cart, stock portfolio, screen preferences, the pages of the Web site viewed by the visitor, and the advertisements viewed or clicked by the visitor. Internet cookies are stored on the visitor's hard drive and are not stored, in any form, by Sagittarius Salon & Spa. Guests may decline the Internet cookie by using the appropriate feature of their Web client software, if available.

Use of Personal Data Collected
Personal data collected by Sagittarius Salon will be used by Sagittarius Salon for information notification and feedback purposes, for general statistical analysis of use of the site, for service/product development, for content improvement, to inform advertisers as to how many guests have seen or clicked on their advertisements, and to customize content and layout of Sagittarius Salon's site. Data on guests' home servers is aggregated for internal review and then discarded. Names, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers collected may be added to Sagittarius Salon's databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events.

Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
Sagittarius Salon will not rent or sell visitor information to any outside party, without your consent.

Opt-Out Page
Guests may opt out of having their personal information collected by Sagittarius Salon, used by Sagittarius Salon for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties or used by Sagittarius Salon or third parties to send promotional correspondences to the visitor, by contacting Sagittarius Salon.

Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data
Upon request via postal mail, e-mail, or phone, Sagittarius Salon will provide to guests a summary of any personal information retained by Sagittarius Salon regarding the visitor. Guests may modify, correct, change, or update their personal record or cause their personal record to be removed from Sagittarius Salon's database. Sagittarius Salon will only send personal records to the e-mail address on file for the visitor name associated with it.

Sagittarius Salon's Right to Contact User
Sagittarius Salon reserves the right to contact site guests regarding privacy policy, or any other policies or agreements relevant to site guests.

Sagittarius Salon's Right to Change Privacy Policy
Sagittarius Salon reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying guests of the existence and location of the new or revised privacy policy.
