Before Booking your Spa Package

Professional Products
Sagittarius Salon and Spa recommends and uses only the finest hair and skin care products. Those fine products include Aveda, Systems Professional by Wella, Sebastian and Bumble & bumble for hair care and Aveda and PCA for Spa and skincare.

Children
We cater to children 12 and under Sunday thru Wednesday ONLY with an exclusive children's design team. Children receive gifts and juice to make their visit more enjoyable. There are exceptions for special occasions, recitals and weddings.

In order to maintain a relaxing environment we ask that you please leave your children at home unless they have an appointment. Neither our staff nor you can be responsible for your child while you receive services. Age appropriate children may sit by themselves in the lobby however any disturbance to our staff or other clients will be addressed.

Cell Phones
No cell phones are to be used or on in the salon and spa. Please respect others who are receiving relaxing services.

Reservation
Please remember to book your next appointment before leaving the spa or salon to enable Front Desk staff to accommodate your wishes.

Cancellation
Our appointment has been set aside just for you. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel Sagittarius Salon and Spa appointments. There is a 100% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for no shows. If you have No-Showed your appointment more than three times you will have to have a Credit card on file. This will be charged for any additional No-Shows. Prices are subject to change; please confirm prices when booking your appointment

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in any of the packages. The customary gratuity for a salon or spa service is 15-20 % at your discretion. Tips for the technicians must be paid in cash or check only. Credit cards cannot be used for the gratuity.

Spa
For your comfort, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to insure you receive your full services and amenities. Please turn off all cell phones in the spa and salon area. No children are permitted in the spa unless they are having a spa service. Sagittarius reserves the right to shorten a service if guest(s) is arriving late and the full change of the service will occur. The Spa Foot Bath may be compromised if guest(s) arrive late.

Upon checking in for your spa experience, you will receive a key to a locker, with robe, slippers, and towels. Showers are recommended for your enjoyment, but not required. A quiet area is available for you to use prior to your treatment with soothing tea, elixirs, and a relaxing footbath. For your comfort many treatments require the removal of jewelry. It is our suggestion that you leave your valuables at home as the spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Age Requirement for the Spa
Guests must be at least 18 years of age (or 16 and up if accompanied by an adult)

Wedding, Private Spa Parties and Spa Packages
All multi service packages must be used at the same time and are not transferable. A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking a spa package. If you are pleased with the Sagittarius services you have received, it is customary to give a minimum 18%- 20% gratuity to each of your stylists or therapists. Cash and Check gratuities only please. No gratuities are included the with the Spa Services or packages cost.

  • spa packages need to have 50% paid to secure appointments prior to the day of the services.
  • The balance is due and payable at the time services are provided on the day received.
  • No refund will be given for cancellation unless 72 hours notice is given.
  • A Private Spa Party and Spa Package Form and Contract must be signed before your services are booked. You may have the forms emailed, or faxed to you.

Return Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks and Cash. Please note, gratuities may not be added to credit card payments.

Product Returns
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a staff error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the item Sagittarius Salon & Spa will pay for the return shipping costs and you will be credited in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.
