All new guests are required to have a complimentary Sagittarius consultation prior to scheduling any color or highlighting service.
Why am I required to have a color consultation?
The consultation is beneficial to you as well as for your future stylist. It allows us to get pertinent information to ensure we are providing you with the best service possible. The consultation allows us to see your hair, have in depth conversations about your current hair care regimen and allows us to make sure we are able to provide you with the services you are looking for.
Why can’t I have a consultation and service done on the same day?
Everyone’s hair is different and we can never be quite sure how long your service will take without seeing your hair prior to your appointment. We pride ourselves on providing prompt service so the consultation prior to the appointment prevents wasted time for both the guest and the stylist. We want to ensure we can provide the service you need. By scheduling the consultation and service on the same day, there is the possibility that we book you for a service that you are unable to receive or that the service we schedule you for takes longer than anticipated and puts us behind schedule for the guest that is being serviced after you. To ensure that your experience is exceptional it has proven throughout our years of experience that it is best to schedule the consultation as a separate appointment.

Please remember to pre-book your next appointment before leaving the spa or salon to enable front desk staff to accommodate your wishes.
Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late by 15 MINUTES or more,we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day.Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accomodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day.
Please be respectful of the service providers time, if you cannot make an appointment simply call and cancel so that we can schedule another guest in that appointment time. We require at least 24-hours notice to cancel all salon and spa appointments and packages. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or “no-show” your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total service charge and a deduction of points. A credit card must be on file when making an appointment, nothing will be charged unless you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours or you "no-show" your appointment. If you have “no-showed” any appointment more than two times, you will be required to pay 50% of the service total when you schedule the appointment. Prices are subject to change; please confirm prices when booking your appointment.
If you are not satisfied with your salon service you have 7 days to contact the salon so that we can correct any concerns you may have, a refund will not be given.
Gratuity is not included in any of the services or packages. The customary gratuity for a salon or spa service is 15-20% at your discretion and may be left by means of check. cash or credit card.
Valuables and Cell Phones
Upon your arrival, we request that all cell phones be turned off or placed on silent; for the respect of others who are receiving relaxing services. For Hair Color and Haircut services we recommend the removal of jewelry and valuable clothing, as the salon cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard.
Gift Cards will not be refunded. The total amount of the gift card may be used for any service and products.
For your convenience, we offer you the option to have your appointments confirmed through e-mail or text messaging. Our computer system alerts us when you have received an email or text message.
Make sure we have your birthday and email address on file to receive a 10% discount for your birthday every year on one service and one retail product.
A product may be returned within seven days of purchase for a retail credit; final sale on all promotional and sale items.
In order to maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that you please leave your children at home unless they have an appointment. Neither our staff nor you can be responsible for your child while you receive services. Age appropriate children may sit by themselves in the lobby; however, any disturbance to our staff or other clients will be addressed.
For your comfort, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure you receive your full services and amenities. Please turn off all cell phones in the spa area. No children are permitted in the spa unless they are having a spa service. Sagittarius reserves the right to shorten a service if guest(s) arrives late and a full charge of the service will occur. The Spa Ritual of a footbath may be compromised if guest(s) arrive late.
Upon checking in for your spa experience, you will receive a key to a locker, with robe, slippers, and towels. Showers are recommended for your enjoyment, but not required. A quiet area is available for you to use prior to your treatment to enjoy soothing tea, elixirs, and a relaxing footbath. For your comfort, many treatments require the removal of jewelry. We suggest that you leave your valuables at home, as the spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
Sagittarius Salon & Spa may occasionally place Internet cookies on guests' hard drives. Internet cookies save information such as the visitor's name, password, user-name, shopping cart, stock portfolio, screen preferences, the pages of the Web site viewed by the visitor, and the advertisements viewed or clicked by the visitor. Internet cookies are stored on the visitor's hard drive and are not stored, in any form, by Sagittarius Salon & Spa. Guests may decline the Internet cookie by using the appropriate feature of their Web client software, if available.
Use of Personal Data Collected
Personal data collected by Sagittarius Salon will be used by Sagittarius Salon for information notification and feedback purposes, for general statistical analysis of use of the site, for service/product development, for content improvement, to inform advertisers as to how many guests have seen or clicked on their advertisements, and to customize content and layout of Sagittarius Salon's site. Data on guests' home servers is aggregated for internal review and then discarded. Names, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers collected may be added to Sagittarius Salon's databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events.
Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
Sagittarius Salon will not rent or sell visitor information to any outside party, without your consent.
Guests may opt out of having their personal information collected by Sagittarius Salon, used by Sagittarius Salon for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties or used by Sagittarius Salon or third parties to send promotional correspondences to the visitor, by contacting Sagittarius Salon.
Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data
Upon request via postal mail, e-mail, or phone, Sagittarius Salon will provide to guests a summary of any personal information retained by Sagittarius Salon regarding the visitor. Guests may modify, correct, change, or update their personal record or cause their personal record to be removed from Sagittarius Salon's database. Sagittarius Salon will only send personal records to the e-mail address on file for the visitor name associated with it.
